Obituary for Karleen Lynn Eschweiler-Terrell (Eschweiler)
Karleen Lynn Eschweiler-Terrell, 49, of Independence, Iowa died Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at the Buchanan County Health Center in Independence, Iowa.
Karleen was born on June 20, 1966 in Independence, Iowa the daughter of Lyle and Dixie (Bowers) Eschweiler. She graduated from East High School in Waterloo, Iowa and attended Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids, IA. On March 4, 1983 she was married to Michael A. Terrell in Independence, IA. Karleen work for a short time with the US Postal Service in Cedar Rapids.
Karleen was an outdoors person, she loved to ride Harley’s, fishing, camping, collecting carnival glass, going to auctions and flea markets and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband Michael Terrell, three children; Robyn Koenck-Reuter, Manchester, IA, Eric Terrell, Independence, IA, and Jennah Beck, Manchester, IA. Ten Grandchildren, her parents; Lyle and Dixie Eschweiler, Independence, IA, a sister; Denise Simmons, San Antonio, TX, and a brother; Troy Eschweiler, Independence, IA.
Karleen was preceded in death by a sister Jodi Conner, and a grandson; Zander Hindman.
Memorial services will be held at 1:30 PM Wednesday; March 30, 2016 at the Reiff Funeral Home & Crematory, Independence, IA with Rev. Robert Solon officiating. Inurnment will be in the Fontana Park Cemetery, Hazelton, IA.
