Condolence: My sincere sympathies to Iva's family. Growing up next to Margaret and Bert, I felt part of the family, as I was over there alot. How fortunate she was to live such a full life, making memories with all of you!

Condolence: Iva lived across the hall from my mother, Bernice Dodge in the senior housing. They were back and forth daily and even after Mother's passing I stopped by to visit Iva. What a grand lady who lived life to the fullest. Cherish your memories and know she is happy with Louie. God bless you all.

Condolence: Becky/Jodi: I had no idea Iva was your mom Becky. Such a nice lady. Same for both of you. I got to know you all when I worked at Walmart. Am sure my mom knew Iva when they danced at the Senior Center. Your mom lived a good life, seen a lot of changes. Cherish the memories. Always good to see both of you to this day! Iva is now dancing with your dad in heaven!

Condolence: My deepest sympathy goes out to Iva's family. I didnt know her very long but she captured my heart. I am the newest cook at the Senior Center since December and I looked forward to seeing her everyday. She reminded me so much of my Grandma. I loved how she wanted to get up and dance when we had music. Rest in peace Iva there will always be an empty spot in my heart for you.

Condolence From: Marcia (Brewer) and Keith Langstraat
Condolence: Tom and family, Becky and family, Mike and family. Our sincerest sympathy with Ivy passing. She and Rose were very good friends, right along with Leila. I have many happy memories with them while growing up. Those ladies could carry on nonstop conversations, and I wondered how they could do that. Now I realizes they were great patterns for next generations. May your happy memories help you through this difficult time.

Condolence: Aunt Iva has always amazed me. What a powerful little package! I remember being so intrigued by her baking and decorating cakes when I was really little. Her sharp memory and ability to recall details were so impressive. Receiving her letters at Christmas was something I always looked forward to and I will greatly miss them. It was such a treat to know she'd take the time to write to a niece so far away. And seeing her dance and work at the senior center into her 90's! Wow!
She was a true blessing in my life and in the lives of many!
Our prayers and love are sent to all of you in Iowa.

May the love of Christ give you comfort and peace.

Condolence: To all Iva's family, It is so hard to lose our parents, but she had a long wonderful life. She was probably my first babysitter. I'm told she was really scared when she had to tell my mother that I had swallowed a dime! She always had a smile to share along with the wonders of life. Thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
