Obituary for Bobie Eugene Tudor Jr.
Bobie E. Tudor, Jr. 55, of Dunkerton, Iowa and formerly of Independence, IA, died Friday, December 28, 2018 at his home in Dunkerton, Iowa
Bobie was born on September 27, 1963 in Manchester, Iowa the son of Bobbie E. and Geraldine J. (Hunt) Tudor, Sr. He received his education at Independence High School and was married to Jodi L. Payne on September 12, 1981 in Waterloo, Iowa. Bobie was employed as a truck driver with Vierkandt Trucking in Iowa Falls, IA. He and Jodi were divorced in 1989 however they remained great friends.
He is survived by three children; Ashley (Brittany) Tudor, Waverly, IA; Adam ((Victoria) Tudor, Waterloo, IA; Brooke Tudor, Waterloo, IA, a step son; Teylor Trent, Dunkerton, IA, seven grandchildren, His best friend Jodi L. Payne, Waterloo, IA, and five siblings; Theresa (Tom) Yakish, Cedar Rapids, IA; Kevin (Heidi) Tudor, Independence, Kim (Mike) Shonka, Independence, IA; Cody (Dean) Wiese, Independence, IA and Micki (John) Tudor, Waterloo, IA.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and a nephew Nic Shonka.
A celebration of Life service will be held at 11 AM Saturday, January 5, 2019 at the Heartland Vineyard Church 3211 Titan Trail, Waterloo, IA
In Lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the family.
