Condolence: Keith and I met in 2007 on Campus of the University of Northern Iowa.
I came as an exchange student from Russia, Moscow, for one fall semester. I remember Keith, like his whole company, as positive guys. It was fun to play with them in beer games, although we were underage. :)
One of the vivid memories was how Keith and I celebrated Halloween. I still have a photo where we are in dresses. :) He was very friendly to me and always open to communication. Among other things, Keith was only 1 day older than me. In a prestigious university in Moscow, I had a disgusting student life, but the student life in the US revived me. Thanks to guys like Keith, I felt like I was in their company, as if in an American movie. It is unfortunate that he left so early. But this is life.
Among my fellow students at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations, I already know of three deaths.
Alas. Life is not an easy thing. And nothing lasts forever under the moon.
I express my condolences to all the close people of Keith.
Rest In Peace, Friend.

Greetings from Moscow,
Vasily Kuzmin

Condolence: Keith is a person that affected every single person he met in a positive way. Up for anything, seeking the next adventure, and always with that infectious grin lighting up any room he entered. He will be missed immeasurably, and never forgotten.

Condolence: I am sorry for your loss. Keith was one of my Spanish students at Independence High School. I remember him as a good kid.

Condolence: Keith and I met at the University of Northern Iowa as we were both deeply rooted in the "Other Place" College Hill and "Hub" Downtown Cedar Falls scene. As such we spent many a late night turned sunrise laughing and enjoying the finer points of life. Overall, I think most would describe Keith's "vibe" as pure, warm, and welcoming. Years after we had both left Iowa for the West Coast, Keith welcomed me like a long lost brother when I was passing through his new town of Eugene, OR.

May the four winds blow you safely home!
