John Baker has many memories for me.  My best memoires are from the time I spent in Arizona with John and Betty when I was in Veterinary School.  I always wanted to visit Arizona and arranged an internship at the Mesa Veterinary Hospital.  John and Betty were more than happy to let me stay at their home and drive me back and forth to the clinic.  Every weekend we would tour all the wonderful sites in Arizona.  Every day we would visit neighbors or talk about the great experiences John and Betty had growing up and raising their family.  This was an amazing time in my life and I knew that one day when I had a family of my own I would make a tribute to two wonderful people.  Roger and I named our son after his grandpa John so continuing another John Baker in the family.  When our daughter was born she received the middle name of Elizabeth in tribute to Betty’s middle name.  John will be dearly missed by our whole family.
