Mrs. Gillihan was one of my favorite teachers. She was very kind and cared about us kids as individuals and not just as a class of 6th graders. She read Trixie Belden books to us everyday after lunch. She gave me the gift of loving mystery stories. I cherish those memories and of staying overnight at her house with her daughter, Kathy. RIP dear lady.
