Condolence From: Mike Goyen
Condolence: My condolences to the family of Ralph Weber. I worked at John Deere with Ralph and have many fond memories of him during his time working in the model room. Working with the stylist and pattern/model makers were some of my favorite experiences. Ralph did a great job working with all of us even with the crazy hours. It was a pleasure to know him.

Condolence: Our condolence to the Weber family. Dianne and I both worked with Ralph at John Deere, and both have fond memories of Ralph. I worked on many projects with Ralph, and he was always the friendliest most helpful individual you could ever ask for. If something needed to be done, you could count on Ralph to help you figure out how to do it. We ran into Ralph a few times after his retirement, and he always remembered who we were, and enjoyed the conversations at the time. Ralph was one of he great ones. He will be missed.

Condolence: Very few like Ralph. I my opinion Ralph was the ultimate "Can do guy! I cannot recall a single time when we approached Ralph with a crazy challenge, in which he said it could not be done. He always came through. What a delight! He will be missed.

Some of my fondest memories of Ralph occurred when I was a child. He started working for dad at the Independence Jack and Jill Store in the meat department. Ralph and Dad soon became very good friends and when they weren't together, Ralph was babysitting for me and my siblings. I loved it when Ralph would babysit on Saturday evenings. He would arrive, get the popcorn popped and turn on Lawrence Welk and we would dance around the living room. Ralph even taught me some upbeat dance steps! I also have many fond memories of Ralph and Dorothy visiting our cabin, the parties at John Deere and when they came to spend time with a Terry and I in AZ. I considered Ralph a second father and a treasured friend. I know he is now in heaven fishing and having a cold one with Dad.
